Refund policy

We at Escape Bags are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. While we do not accept returns or refunds once a purchase is made, we offer a straightforward exchange policy to ensure your experience with us remains positive. If your Escape bag or backpack is found to have a manufacturer defect or arrives damaged, you can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please review the following guidelines for our backpack exchange process.


 

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Once purchased from the Escape Bags website or authorized retailers, backpacks are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturer defect or is damaged upon receipt.

You may exchange for the same model or a different model of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.

The backpack must be unused, in its original condition, and have all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alterations, or customer-caused damage will not be eligible for exchange.

2. Timeframe

You must request an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

After the 14-day period, unfortunately, we cannot process any exchanges.

Approved exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date we receive the product.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at info@escapebagsbd.com to request an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.

Pack the backpack securely in its original packaging along

Clearly write the provided Order number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchange

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the exchange is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Personalized or customized backpacks cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective backpack, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will arrange for a replacement with the same model or a different model of equal or lesser value.
